- Copy or Save your tracking number that you will be able to see either at the end of the order placed notification window or in your order confirmation email.
- Locate the menu item for our "MY TRACKER" 24/7 accessible, customer clarity initiative application tool. OR by clicking this link and saving the URL in your browsers bookmarks. https://www.ecstatech.co.za/apps/parcelpanel
- There are two ways to track your order from the "MY TRACKER" page you should be on now if you followed steps 1-3 correctly.
- Paste your tracking number you copied, in step 2, and paste it into the relevant text box. (Recommended for best results.)
- Alternatively you can locate your orders package by entering your order number along with the email address used to placed the same order.
- Hit ENTER or click "Track" and you will now see the details relevant to your individual order number.
